Homemade Curry in a Pressure Cooker

  1. Chop beef and vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable oil in a heated pressure cooker.
  3. Stir-fry the ingredients.
  4. Pour 1 liter of water and cook.
  5. After boiling, remove scum and add a bay leaf.
  6. Cover the cooker and apply pressure.
  7. Cook 4 minutes on the second scale.
  8. After the pressure is released, add curry roux.
  9. Add boiling water until desired thickness.
  10. Simmer for a while to finish.
