Triple Chocolate Brownies
- 2 14 cups granulated sugar
- 23 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
- 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 34 cup unsalted butter
- 4 eggs
- 12 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 12 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
- Melt butter and unsweetened chocolate together.
- Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, melted butter and chocloate mixture, and eggs in a large bowel.
- Add in sugar, cocoa powder, and marshmallows (if desired).
- Mix until thoroughly blended.
- Spread brownie batter evenly into the greased baking pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean (actually took me about an hour).
- Cool in pan before cutting in squares.
