Farmer Salad

  1. Hard boil eggs.
  2. Romove from shells, slice in half and discard yolks.
  3. Slice the whites and set aside.
  4. Mix lemon juice, vinegar, oil and seasonings (salt, pepper and basil) to make a dressing.
  5. Toss with remaining ingredients.
  6. Garnish with the sliced egg whites.
  7. Chill 1 hour and enjoy.
