Egg Soup

  1. Combine the ingredients in a pot and bring to a boil.
  2. Once it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and add the katakuriko slurry.
  3. Return the pot to heat.
  4. Once the soup has thickened, pour in the beaten egg and you're finished.
