Potato and broccoli au gratin

  1. Butter a 9x13 baking dish and preheat oven to 375.
  2. Toss potatoes, onions, broccoli and salt pepper together.
  3. Place in baking dish creating layers with cheese.
  4. Add warm half and half and butter.
  5. Bake 25-35minutes.
  6. Checking after 30 mins.
  7. Potatoes should be tender, cheese bubbly and sauce thickened slightly.
  8. Remove from oven and let stand for 10minutes before serving.
  9. Sauce will thicken more as it cools.
  10. Enjoy.
