Sauteed Orange Roughy

  1. Heat margarine, wine, dill week, garlic and mushrooms in skillet until hot.
  2. Add fish, saute until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
  3. Remove to a warm platter.
  4. Sprinkle with parsley.
  5. Garnish with lemon.
