Brunch Quiche Casserole (Low Carb)

  1. Brown the sausage; drain the fat.
  2. Place the sausage in a greased 9x13" baking pan.
  3. Add the ham, monterey jack cheeseand chopped broccoli; toss lightly to combine.
  4. Beat the cream cheese briefly until creamy; gradually beat in the cream.
  5. Whisk in the eggs and seasonings; pour over everything in pan.
  6. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Bake at 350 degrees 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
  8. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
