Barbecued Boned Leg Of Lamb Recipe

• Crush 1 clove garlic
• Add in 1 c. French dressing
• 2/3 c. onions, minced
• 2 teaspoon barbecue spice
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon oregano
• 1 bay leaf, crushed

1. Have butcher bone leg of lamb, and cut it so which it will lie fairly flat.
2. Don't tie the lamb in the usual form.
3. Make a marinade of the following ingredients:

garlic, onions, barbecue spice, salt, oregano, bay leaf
