Easy Cheesecake Supreme Recipe
- 3/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1/8 c. melted butter
- 1 (8 ounce.) lite cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract or possibly 1/4 teaspoon lemon extract
- Dash of salt
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. lite lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla or possibly lemon extract
- Combine graham crackers and butter in 9 inch pie plate for crust.
- Don't bake.
- Combine and blend well cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, extract and salt.
- Add in 1 egg at a time; mix well after each.
- Pour all ingredients into crumb crust.
- Bake at 325 preheated oven for 25-30 min till center is set.
- Combine and stir lowfat sour cream, sugar and extract.
- Spread over baked cheesecake.
- Return to oven.
- Bake 10 min.
- Cold.
- Chill.
- Top with graham cracker crumbs or possibly favorite fruit, if you like.
- Serves 6.
