Pizza Roll-Ups
- 1 package Pillsbury Refrigerated Pizza Dough, 13 Ounce Tube
- 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Marinara Sauce
- 3/4 cups Freshly Grated Or Cubed Mozzarella Cheese
- 3/4 cups Pepperoni, Chopped
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese Shreds
- 1.
- Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the package of pizza dough.
- Roll out your pizza dough on a cutting board or clean work surface.
- 2.
- Pour the olive oil on the dough and spread it with a spatula to coat entire surface.
- 3.
- Now pour your marinara sauce onto your dough and spread to coat the surface but leave about an inch around the edges without sauce.
- 4.
- Sprinkle you mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese on top of the sauce.
- 5.
- Get one side of your dough and start rolling it up (with two-hands) to form a log.
- 6.
- With a sharp knife, cut into 1 inch thick slices.
- 7.
- Using a foil lined baking sheet, place your roll-ups cut side up onto the sheet.
- 8.
- Place them in your oven for 12-14 minutes or until crust is golden-brown.
- 9.
- Adorn them with your favorite pizza dipping sauce or a great side salad, Enjoy!
