Pizza Roll-Ups

  2. Preheat your oven to the temperature recommended on the package of pizza dough.
  3. Roll out your pizza dough on a cutting board or clean work surface.

  5. Pour the olive oil on the dough and spread it with a spatula to coat entire surface.

  7. Now pour your marinara sauce onto your dough and spread to coat the surface but leave about an inch around the edges without sauce.

  9. Sprinkle you mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and Parmesan cheese on top of the sauce.

  11. Get one side of your dough and start rolling it up (with two-hands) to form a log.

  13. With a sharp knife, cut into 1 inch thick slices.

  15. Using a foil lined baking sheet, place your roll-ups cut side up onto the sheet.

  17. Place them in your oven for 12-14 minutes or until crust is golden-brown.

  19. Adorn them with your favorite pizza dipping sauce or a great side salad, Enjoy!
