Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate Pie
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 16 JET-PUFFED Jumbo PEPPERMINT MALLOWS Marshmallows
- 3 cups crisp rice cereal
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 2 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 1/4 cup hard peppermint candies, crushed
- Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
- or until melted.
- Add marshmallows; stir to evenly coat.
- Microwave 1-1/2 min.
- or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
- Add cereal; mix well.
- Press onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
- Cool completely.
- Spread softened ice cream into shell.
- Freeze 1 hour.
- Meanwhile, microwave chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min.
- or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every 30 sec.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
- Cool.
- Spread over pie; sprinkle with crushed candy.
- Freeze 30 min.
