Frozen Peppermint Hot Chocolate Pie

  1. Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec.
  2. or until melted.
  3. Add marshmallows; stir to evenly coat.
  4. Microwave 1-1/2 min.
  5. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
  6. Add cereal; mix well.
  7. Press onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Cool completely.
  9. Spread softened ice cream into shell.
  10. Freeze 1 hour.
  11. Meanwhile, microwave chocolate and milk in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 to 2 min.
  12. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  13. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  14. Cool.
  15. Spread over pie; sprinkle with crushed candy.
  16. Freeze 30 min.
