Sweet and Sour Hamballs

  1. Combine ham loaf, saltines, eggs, milk and pineapple in a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Form into 1 1/2" balls.
  3. Place in a baking dish in a single layer.
  4. Prepare sauce by mixing water, vinegar, brown sugar and dry mustard in a mixing bowl.
  5. Pour sauce over hamballs.
  6. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350F Turn balls after 45 minutes.
  7. If desired, sauce may be thickened.
