Seafood Chowder

  1. Cook onions in the butter until tender.
  2. Add water until it boils.
  3. Add seafood.
  4. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, then take seafood out and put in a bowl.
  5. Add potatoes, salt and pepper.
  6. Simmer 4 to 6 minutes until potatoes are tender.
  7. Add milk and half and half and bring to a boil.
  8. Take off heat.
  9. Stir in cheese.
  10. Let stand 2 minutes.
  11. Put seafood back in.
  12. Stir and serve.
  13. Serves 10 (1 cup) servings.
