Perogi Casserole
- 1/2 cup egg noodles
- 4 cups mashed potatoes (can use instant)
- 3 tbsp. sharp cheese
- 2 tbsp. dry minced onion
- 1/2 lb. sliced American cheese
- 2 sticks butter
- margarine
- 4 lg. onions, diced and sauteed
- Mix mashed potatoes, cheddar and minced dry onion.
- Grease 2 quart casserole.
- Layer ingredients starting with 1/3 of the noodles, 1/3 of the cheese, 1/3 of the potato mixture and 1/3 of the sauteed onions.
- Repeat two more times.
- Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
