Perogi Casserole

  1. Mix mashed potatoes, cheddar and minced dry onion.
  2. Grease 2 quart casserole.
  3. Layer ingredients starting with 1/3 of the noodles, 1/3 of the cheese, 1/3 of the potato mixture and 1/3 of the sauteed onions.
  4. Repeat two more times.
  5. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
