Hearty Taco Dip
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 1 small Onion, diced
- 1 Pepper
- 8 oz Bottled taco sauce
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1 medium Tomato, chopped
- 1 small Green pepper, chopped
- 2 can Sliced black olives (2 1/4 oz)
- In a large saucepan, cook beef and onion until cooked through, sprinkle with pepper to taste.
- Drain.
- Add water, taco sauce and velveeta cheese to pan.
- Hear over medium heat, stirring frequently, until cheese is melted.
- Stir in tomatoes, green pepper and olives.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
