Pork and Corn Stuffing Bake
- 1 can corn soup
- 1 1/2 cups cornbread stuffing
- 1/4 cup celery chopped
- 1/4 cup onions chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 4 ea Boneless por pork chops boneless
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
- 1 teaspoon brown mustard
- Combine soup, stuffing, celery, onion and paprika.
- In a 9 inch greased pie plate, spoon stuffing.
- Arrange chops on stuffing, pressing lightly into stuffing.
- Combine sugar and mustard.
- Spread mixture evenly over chops.
- Bake at 400F (200C).
- 30 minutes or until chops are no longer pink.
- Garnish with celery leaves if desired.
