Cotto & Cheese Appetizers
- 8 ounces, weight Deli Sliced Cotto Salami (Thin Sliced)
- 4 ounces, weight Softened Cream Cheese
- 2 sprigs Fresh Chives, Chopped Finely
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Oregano
- On a clean work surface, lay salami in a stack.
- In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, chives, and oregano.
- Stir to combine.
- In the center of each slice of salami, add cheese mixture and spread evenly.
- Roll salami up and place seam side down on a serving platter.
- Repeat until all salami is rolled.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour before serving (can also be served immediately).
