Cotto & Cheese Appetizers

  1. On a clean work surface, lay salami in a stack.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add softened cream cheese, chives, and oregano.
  3. Stir to combine.
  4. In the center of each slice of salami, add cheese mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Roll salami up and place seam side down on a serving platter.
  6. Repeat until all salami is rolled.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate 1 hour before serving (can also be served immediately).
