Bacon & Caramelized-Onion Asparagus

  1. Cook bacon in large skillet until crisp.
  2. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
  3. Discard drippings from skillet.
  4. (Do not wash skillet.)
  5. Place asparagus in microwaveable casserole or 10x4-inch dish.
  6. Add water.
  7. Microwave on HIGH 4 to 5 min.
  8. or until asparagus is crisp-tender.
  9. Meanwhile, add onions to skillet; cook and stir 5 min.
  10. or until tender.
  11. Stir in dressing.
  12. Drain asparagus; top with sauce and crumbled bacon.
