Shrimp & Mushroom Linguini Pasta

  1. Cook the linguini according to the directions on the box, drain and set aside.
  2. Add butter and both chopped and sliced mushrooms to a large skillet.
  3. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, parsley and shrimp.
  5. Stir occasionally and cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. If you are using fresh shrimp, make sure it is all fully cooked.
  7. Add the pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
  8. Toss everything together and serve hot.
