Shrimp & Mushroom Linguini Pasta
- 8 ounces, weight Linguini
- 1 stick Butter
- 2 cups Mushrooms, Cleaned And Sliced
- 1 cup Mushrooms, Cleaned And Chopped
- 3 Tablespoons Minced Garlic In Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes
- 12 ounces, weight Shrimp, Cleaned, Rinsed And Thawed
- 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
- Cook the linguini according to the directions on the box, drain and set aside.
- Add butter and both chopped and sliced mushrooms to a large skillet.
- Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic, olive oil, salt, black pepper, parsley and shrimp.
- Stir occasionally and cook for another 5 minutes.
- If you are using fresh shrimp, make sure it is all fully cooked.
- Add the pasta and Parmesan cheese to the skillet.
- Toss everything together and serve hot.
