Beef Burgundy (Stroganoff) Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in one pot.
  3. Cover.
  4. Bake (covered) for 3 hrs.
  5. Do not peek.
  6. This is also called No-Peek Stew.
  7. However, it can also be cooked slowly on top of the stove.
