BBQ Shrimp Brochette
- 1 pound Raw Shrimp, Peeled And Deveined
- 1/2 pounds Bacon ( Hickory Smoked )
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce (I Use Cattleman's BBQ Sauce)
- 1 package Skewers, Bamboo Or Any Kind Will Do
- 1 box Wooden Toothpicks
- Peel and devein shrimp.
- Cut bacon strips into half strips.
- Wrap bacon around shrimp and secure it with wooden toothpicks that have been soaked in water.
- Pour 1 cup BBQ Sauce into bowl and add bacon-wrapped shrimp.
- Toss shrimp around in BBQ sauce until all shrimp is well coated.
- Place Shrimp on skewers and grill until bacon is cooked.
- Serve immediately.
