Swiss & Thousand Island Sandwich

  1. Build each sandwich with bread, 2% milk singles, dressing, tomatoes and lettuce.
  2. Enjoy with celery on the side.
  3. Stir almonds into yogurt and serve for dessert.
  4. Serve a glass of water with sandwich.
