Steak Quesadillas with Barbecued Black Beans
- 1 pound Steak, Preferably Sirloin
- 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
- 1/4 cups Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne Pepper
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper
- 2 cloves Garlic, Minced
- 1 can Black Beans, Rinsed And Drained
- 1/4 cups Chicken Broth
- 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoons Chipotle Pepper Sauce (Tabasco)
- 1 teaspoon Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Barbecue Sauce

- Combine lime juice, soy sauce, 2 Tbsp.
- Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, salt and pepper, and garlic.
- Pour over steak.
- Let sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.

- Grill until steak is cooked to medium, about 15 minutes.
- Let steak rest about 5 minutes.

- Meanwhile, add beans to small saucepan over medium heat.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir.
- Let simmer about 10 minutes, or until beans are slightly thickened.

- Cut steak in small, thin pieces.
- Add steak to half the tortilla and top with cheese.
- Fold empty side of tortilla over.
- 5.
- Heat a large frying pan over high heat.
- Cook the quesadilla on both sides until toasted.
- 6.
- Cut each quesadilla in four wedges and serve with black beans.
