Spinach Queso Dip
- 1 pound Velveeta Cheese, I Used The One That Has Jalapenos In It
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 16 ounces, weight Salsa
- 10 ounces, weight Frozen Chopped Spinach, Defrosted And Squeezed Of Excess Liquid
- 1 Handful Chopped Cilantro (optional)
- Tortilla Chips, To Serve
- Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese into large chunks.
- Add salsa, spinach and cilantro if you are using.
- You can make this one of two ways.
- If you want to cook it in the oven, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Put ingredients into baking dish.
- Cook about 30 minutes or until cheeses have melted.
- Stir often to combine.
- Or you can put everything into a small crockpot, heat on high about 1 hour until melted, then you can reduce the heat to low to keep warm.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
