Zippy Fried Egg Sandwich

• 1 egg
• 2 slices bread
• 1 teaspoon olive oil or 1 teaspoon butter
• 1 teaspoon Cheez Whiz
• 1 teaspoon Miracle Whip or 1 teaspoon mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon Frank's red hot sauce (To your liking)
• salt and pepper (To your taste)

1. Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat.
2. Crack egg in pan trying not to break yolk.
3. While egg is frying spread cheez whiz on one slice of bread and miracle whip on the other.
4. Add the hot sauce to the miracle whip slice and spread.
5. Flip egg when underside is starting to brown nicely.
6. Poke yolk after a couple seconds so the yolk runs a little.
7. Season with salt and pepper.
8. Remove egg when finished cooking and make sandwich.
9. Add sandwich back to dry pan and brown on both sides.
10. Enjoy!
