Roasted Garlic-&-Herb Dip

  1. Cut pointed end off garlic to expose cloves.
  2. Spray with cooking spray (preferably olive oil.
  3. ).
  4. Wrap in aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool.
  6. Squeeze the cloves to extract garlic pulp; discard the skins.
  7. In food processor combine garlic, basil, and thyme.
  8. Add cream cheese and remaining ingredients; process until smooth, scraping sides of bowl once.
  9. Spoon the mixture into a serving bowl; cover and chill.
