Minestrone Soup

  1. Slice sausage crosswise, about 1/2-inch thick.
  2. Brown in oil in deep saucepan or Dutch oven.
  3. Add garlic, onion, carrots and basil.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add zucchini, tomatoes with liquid, bouillon, cabbage, salt and pepper.
