South Of The Border Mexican Salsa Recipe

  1. Remove stem portion from tomatoes.
  2. Crush by hand in large mixing bowl.
  3. Include juice of canned tomatoes.
  4. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  5. Salt, pepper and garlic salt are added to taste.
  6. Lightly sprinkle with cilantro; fold in.
  7. Refrigerateovernight.
  8. Serve with tortilla chips and your favorite cool beverage.
  9. Amounts of jalapenos and warm pepper seeds can be varied to make hotter or possibly milder.
