Brown butter sage sauce

  1. Add all ingredients in a small pan, and heat over medium heat, until brown, and sage is slightly crisp.
  2. Be sure not to burn.
  3. This can be made ahead of time an refrigerated.
  4. I sometimes make a very concentrated version to refrigerate, then I add additional butter to it upon reheating.
