Smokehouse Bloody Mary
- 1-1/3 Tbsp. barbecue rub seasoning
- 2 qt. tomato juice
- 1 qt. vodka
- 2 cups Kraft BarBQ Sauce
- 2-2/3 Tbsp. Fresh horseradish, finely grated
- 2-2/3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1-1/3 Tbsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
- 1 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp. ground black pepper
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- Garnish
- 16 each kosher dill pickle spears
- 16 each Leafy celery stalks
- For each serving: Rim highball glass with 1/4 tsp.
- (1 mL) barbecue rub.
- Fill with ice; set aside.
- Add all remaininig ingredients except garnishes to ice-filled shaker; shake well.
- Strain into prepared glass.
- Garnish with pickle spear and celery stalk.
