Bimini Offshore Treasures Recipe

• 6 ounce Snapper fillets
• 1 ounce Cajun seasoning
• 1 ounce Extra virgin olive oil

1. Combine the oilve oil and cajun seasoning.
2. Place snapper fillet in mix and allow fish to marinate for 20 min.
3. Cook fish on stove top.
4. Serve with Bacardi Cream Sauce.
