Strawberry Bavarian Cream Recipe
- 1 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cool water
- 3/4 c. heavy whipping cream or possibly Dream Whip
- In a small bowl, stir together Jell-O and sugar.
- Stir in boiling water and continue stirring till completely dissolved.
- Add in cool water, and chill till slightly thickened.
- Beat the whipping cream till fluffy peaks hold, or possibly prepare 1 package of Dream Whip according to package directions and stir in 1 1/2 c.. (Note: 1 1/2 c. Cold Whip may be substituted).
- Stir till well blended.
- To make unmolding easier, lightly coat one large mold or possibly several individual sized molds with mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing.
- Pour Jell-O mix in and chill till hard.
