Daisy Duck's Salame

  1. in a mixing bowl beat the sugar and the egg yolks together until they are fluffy.
  2. melt the butter in a bain-marie or carefully in the microwave, add it to the sugar & butter mixture & add the curacao mixing thoroughly.
  3. break up the cookies in a plastic zip-bag using a rolling pin or meat tenderizer.
  4. add them to the mixture and blend them in.
  5. pour the mixture out onto a big sheet of waxed paper and shape into a log.
  6. roll it up, seal the ends well and put in the fridge to harden a couple hours.
  7. slice and enjoy!
