No More Vampires Chickpea Salad

  1. Whiz up last 5 ingredients to emulsify for the dressing.
  2. Toss with the first 4 ingredients.
  3. Chill for an hour or more.
  4. Make sure everyone eats some, or you will find them cowering in a corner somewhere.
  5. Option: Don't use as much garlic.
