Jalapeno Pepper Steak

  1. Spray large skillet with cooking spray.
  2. Add steak; cook on high heat 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring occasionally.
  3. Add vegetables; cook and stir 2 minutes.
  4. Reduce heat to medium-low.
  5. Add VELVEETA; cook until melted, stirring frequently.
  6. Serve over hot cooked rice.
