Chinese Cabbage and Wiener Sausages Simmered Chinese-style
- 1/8 cut Chinese cabbage
- 4 to 6 Wiener sausages
- 200 ml Water
- 2 tsp Chicken stock granules
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- 1 Pepper
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- 2 tbsp Water
- Cut the cabbage and wiener sausages into easy-to-eat sized pieces.
- In a pot, add the cabbage, sausages, and ingredients.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir, cover, and cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes.
- Add in the ingredients.
- It's done when it has thickened.
