Gluten Free Savory Muffins

  2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2.
  3. Cut butter into Bisquick Gluten Free mix.

  5. Add eggs and milk, and stir.
  6. The batter should be runny, like pancake batter.

  8. Chop broccoli and chicken.
  9. Mix together with peas.

  11. Add 2 tablespoons of the mix to each of your greased muffin tins.
  12. Then add 1-2 tablespoons of your chicken and vegetable mixture.
  13. 6.
  14. Top with 1 tablespoon mix, then bake for 25 minutes.
  15. Makes 24 muffins.
