sig's Iced Coffee

• 1 cup good strong black coffee
• 1 ice cube
• 2 scoops of best vanilla icecream
• 1 tbsp coffee liqueur (optional)
• 1 good squirt of cream from can
• 1 large glass
• 2 straws
• 1 tsp for eating icecream and cream.
• 1 pinch generous, of fresh cracked or ground cardamom

1. put icecube into large glass,make the coffee, chill to between hot and lukewarm.Pour over the icecube ,about 3/4 full .Add the icecream the liqieur if using and top with the cream,sprinkle with cardamom .Add the straws and a spoon and enjoy.
2. if you don't want to use cream from can, use whipped cream to decorate top in a pretty fashion
