Strawberry Lemonade-Filled Cupcakes

  1. Reserve 1 Tbsp.
  2. drink mix for later use.
  3. Prepare cake batter and bake as directed on package for 24 cupcakes, blending remaining drink mix into batter before spooning into prepared muffin cups.
  4. Cool 10 min.
  5. in pans.
  6. Remove to wire racks; cool completely.
  7. Spread reserved drink mix onto small plate.
  8. Press top of cupcakes into drink mix.
  9. Use handle of wooden spoon to poke hole in top of each cupcake.
  10. Spoon COOL WHIP into pastry bag fitted with round tip.
  11. Use to pipe about 1 Tbsp.
  12. COOL WHIP into each cupcake; top with remaining COOL WHIP.
  13. Garnish with strawberries.
