Orangy Pork Chops
- 6 (6 ounce) pork chops
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges, UNdrained
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 whole cloves
- 14-12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 14 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- In a large skillet, over high heat, quickly brown the chops on all sides.
- Reduce heat to low.
- Mix together all remaining ingredients and add them to the pork in the skillet.
- Cover and simmer gently until the chops are done; about 30-40 minutes, depending on thickness.
