Raspberry-Vanilla Yogurt Muffins
- 14 cup butter
- 14 cup vegetable shortening
- 34 cup sugar
- 3 12-4 ounces vanilla yogurt
- 2 cups flour
- 1 12 cups raspberries
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 14 cup ground walnuts (optional)
- Cream butter, shortening, and sugar.
- Add yogurt, vanilla, and berries; mix well.
- Add flour, nuts, nutmeg, soda, and baking powder.
- Bake at 375* for about 20 minutes.
