Chip Beef And Chicken Breasts Recipe
- 4 whole chicken breasts (halved, boned and skinned)
- 4 slices bacon (cut in half lengthwise)
- 1 pkg. chip or possibly corned beef (type used for sandwiches), (2 1/2 ounce.)
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 3/4 carton lowfat sour cream (16 ounce.)
- Put a piece of bacon around each half breast.
- Grease 9x13 inch pan and line it with the chip or possibly corned beef (cut into strips).
- Put a breast on top of beef.
- Mix lowfat sour cream and soup and pour over chicken.
- Bake 300 degrees for 2 hrs.
- Serves 8.
- This may be prepared ahead of time.
- Don't cover with foil.
