Slovenian Cookies Recipe
- 2 Large eggs, hard boiled
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 c. flour
- Press egg yolks through sieve.
- Add in to creamed butter.
- Add in sugar; gradually add in flour.
- Dough will be stiff.
- Shape into 1 1/2-inch rolls.
- Roll on waxed paper.
- Roll in candy sprinkles.
- Slice 1/4-inch rounds and bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
