Vickys Ham & Coleslaw Roll-Ups, Gluten, Dairy, Egg & Soy-Free

  1. To make the coleslaw just combine the mayo, milk, sugar, lemon juice and vinegar and whip together well.
  2. Add the grated veggies and season to taste with salt & pepper
  3. The coleslaw on its own will yield around 10 servings
  4. For the roll ups, simply take a spoonful of coleslaw and spread it over the slices of ham.
  5. Roll up like a swiss roll or roulade
  6. My hubby makes these while he's waiting for his supper lol
  7. Great if you're avoiding bread, you can add a little lettuce inside or they can just be part of a nice salad
