Sticky Buffalo Chicken

  1. Bake or deep fry chicken according to package directions.
  2. In a sauce pan, combine brown sugar, water and hot sauce.
  3. (Add more or less hot sauce for desired heat.)
  4. Stir over medium-low heat until brown sugar is disolved.
  5. Cook for about 1520 minutes until sauce starts to thicken.
  6. When chicken is done cooking, transfer it to a large bowl.
  7. Pour sticky sauce over the chicken and stir gently to cover the chicken with sauce.
  8. Serve with extra sticky sauce, bleu cheese dressing or ranch dressing for dipping.
