Slow-Cooker Butter Beef
- 1 whole Chuck Roast 3 1/2 Lbs
- 1 stick Butter, Melted
- 1 envelope (1 Oz. Packet) Lipton Onion Soup Mix
- 1/2 cups Red Wine
- 1.
- Cut the chuck roast into bite-sized chunks (like stew meat size).
- 2 Add melted butter, soup mix, and wine to the crock pot and mix all together.
- 3.
- Add cut up meat and mix.
- 4.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or until meat is fork tender.
- I serve this over egg noodles or rice.
