World's most delicious burger patty

  1. Allow meat to become room temperature in medium mixing bowl.
  2. Using a cheese grater, shred portobello cap using the smallest size.
  3. Add as much or as little as you desire.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix well using your hands.
  5. Form into thin, wide patties and place on a frying pan with just a dash of olive oil (for flavor).
  6. Patties will shrink, so make them 1/3 larger than the bun for a perfect fit.
  7. Try not to overcook or they will dry out.
  8. Just a couple minutes on each side and they're done!
