Frothy Grasshopper

• 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
• 2 ounces creme de menthe
• 1 ounce creme de cacao
• Sprig fresh mint

1. In a margarita glass, combine the ice cream, creme de menthe, and creme de cacao.
2. Mix well with a long, metal bar spoon.
3. Garnish with the mint sprig.
