Cinnamon Breakfast Sandwiches
- 3 tablespoons Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
- 4 (1-ounce) slices Canadian bacon
- 4 (3/4-ounce) slices Land O Lakes Deli American, each cut in half
- 4 English muffins, split
- Melt 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
- Add Canadian bacon slices.
- Cook, turning once, 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Toast English muffin halves; spread about 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread onto each half.
- Top each with 1 half slice cheese, 1 slice Canadian bacon and 1 half slice cheese.
- Top with remaining buttered muffin half.
- Serve immediately.
