Cinnamon Breakfast Sandwiches

  1. Melt 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add Canadian bacon slices.
  3. Cook, turning once, 2 minutes or until heated through.
  4. Toast English muffin halves; spread about 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread onto each half.
  5. Top each with 1 half slice cheese, 1 slice Canadian bacon and 1 half slice cheese.
  6. Top with remaining buttered muffin half.
  7. Serve immediately.
