Breakfast Sausage & Cheese Bake Recipe

  1. Brown sausage, onions and mushrooms together.
  2. In a 9x13" pan, place a layer of bread cubes, layer of cheese, all of sausage mix, another layer of cheese and a final layer of bread cubes.
  3. Combine 2 c. lowfat milk, Large eggs, mustard and salt.
  4. Pour over layers.
  5. Chill overnight.
  6. Before baking, mix 1/2 c. lowfat milk and mushroom soup and pour over casserole.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
  8. Sprinkle with cheese and let cold 10 min before serving.
